If you need to report a problem with a product, you can do so here by using our product claim form. The product(s) must have been purchased on the official OYOY Living Design webshop. If the product(s) was purchased at one of our retailers, please contact the point of purchase directly.

Once we have received the package, you will get your money back as soon as possible upon receipt of your return at our warehouse. It can take up to 5-7 working days
